About the Role

We are seeking experienced IT Recruiters and Legal Recruiters to manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based positions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to support hiring needs.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in either IT or Legal recruiting.
- Experience recruiting candidates for the U.S. market .
- Experience in a recruitment/staffing agency is required.
- Advanced English (C1+) .
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting , including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter .





Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing through offer stage.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ATS platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
