Marketing Operations Partner at BairesDev In this role, you'll work directly with senior leadership, driving high-impact marketing and strategic initiatives that shape how the organization operates and grows. You'll have full visibility into the business, working across multiple teams and functions while playing a key role in ensuring alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence. What You'll Do

- Drive the execution and follow-up of cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Operations function,



ensuring business continuity, leading selected initiatives, and maintaining a high-performance execution rhythm.
- Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across all marketing functions.
- Coordinate various internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership to ensure smooth communication, prioritization, and project alignment.

What we are looking for

- 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as strategic consulting (MBB + boutique), fast-growing startups or scale-ups (growth, ops, or strategy), or top-tier multinational corporations (e.g., marketing, tech, or financial services) with a track record of agility, analytical rigor, and cross-functional impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or any field strongly connected to business management.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
