About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team and take ownership of NetSuite system configuration, implementation, and ongoing support. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a "hands-to-keyboard" environment — someone who can go beyond advising to actually building, configuring, and executing within the system.

You’ll work closely with business users and technical teams throughout the full lifecycle of NetSuite projects; from discovery and configuration through training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

- Participate in discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements
- Execute NetSuite setup and configuration across modules such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, ARM, Projects or WMS
- Handle data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, and imports
- Build saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, workflows, and permissions
- Present solution walkthroughs and demos to stakeholders
- Conduct end-user training and develop training documentation
- Provide go-live support and ensure a smooth transition to production
- Collaborate with developers on SuiteScript customizations and integrations




- Maintain system documentation and support materials
- Stay up to date with NetSuite releases and evaluate new features for adoption
- Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing functional support

Qualifications
- Proficient in English
- Must have experience implementing Advanced Revenue Management
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems. Master’s degree or post graduate coursework preferred
- 5+ years in application systems consulting
- 3+ years in NetSuite application consulting
- Experience with end to end implementations
- Proficiency with NetSuite SuiteSuccess
- Strong experience in one or more of the following verticals or domain: Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Enterprise, General Business.
- Knowledge of functional processes for software, ecommerce, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing companies is a must.
- Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant preferred.
- A perfect candidate needs to be able to work independently and, in a team setting on implementations and/or optimization projects.
- MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST).
