Role Description The Youth Lead is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees youth-focused initiatives, designs and coordinates youth programs, and nurtures engagement within the community of students and young professionals. Daily responsibilities include planning and facilitating youth activities, collaborating with influencers and partners, and providing guidance and support to youth participants.

Lead will also create and share informative content tailored to youth interests, gather feedback to improve programs, and ensure that all activities align with the organization’s mission to empower young people.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in youth leadership, youth programs, and youth work.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage and motivate diverse youth audiences.
- Background or interest in social work, community development, or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both in-person and remote activities.
- Organizational and planning skills, with the capacity to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Cultural sensitivity and a collaborative mindset when working with youth and influencers from varied backgrounds.
- Prior experience in education, youth mentoring, or nonprofit/community organizations is an asset.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
