A Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to organizations, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for executive, senior management, and specialized technical roles. They leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, multi-channel candidate engagement, and data-driven decision-making to build diverse talent pipelines even before roles open. They also mentor junior recruiters and act as trusted advisors to hiring managers on market conditions and compensation strategies

Your responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for an IT client, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Participate in job requirement intake meetings with hiring managers.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry networks.
- Negotiate complex compensation packages and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Track recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and enhance employer branding.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members.

Required skills





- Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, often with a postgraduate qualification
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment technology, and AI tools
- Ability to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and compliance requirements for specialized roles
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, such as healthcare, finance, or engineering, depending on the sector
- English level C1
