Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of crypto projects across various sectors.

Produce comprehensive project reports and risk assessments that provide a holistic understanding of each project and its potential risks.

Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize trends from multiple data sources, including internal data and public blockchain information.

Support analysis of TradFi‑related product offerings and market structures, particularly where traditional financial products or real‑world assets intersect with crypto and tokenization.

Engage with project teams and industry professionals to gather relevant insights.

Maintain strong attention to detail when assessing market developments and projects.

Proactively stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging projects, demonstrating a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.

Work in the Binance Research team, collaborating with analysts and other teams such as Data Analytics and Marketing. Depending on level of experience, may be responsible for a specific sector within the crypto industry.

Qualifications

Experience in crypto/blockchain companies, venture capital research, or traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, capital markets, etc.).





Familiarity with on‑chain data platforms and ability to interpret blockchain data.

Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto market dynamics.

Ability to analyze emerging product structures that sit at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance.

Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Self‑driven with a strong work ethic and high level of initiative.

Ability to perform well under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related areas is a plus. CFA is a plus.
