Responsibilities and more: We are looking for a highly organized, systems-oriented Clinical Compliance & Operations Coordinator to own the operational systems that keep a behavioral health organization compliant with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards. You will report to the Clinical Lead and serve as the primary administrator of compliance dashboards, quality assurance systems, TalentLMS, and clinical SOPs.

Responsibilities

- Manage clinician compliance dashboards: licensure renewals, liability insurance, credentialing, mandatory trainings, supervision requirements, and policy acknowledgements.




- Conduct documentation and quality assurance audits (treatment plans, progress notes, intake and consent documentation, ROI compliance).
- Prepare monthly QA reports.
- Administer TalentLMS: update modules, create assignments, maintain quizzes and competency checklists.
- Maintain and improve clinical SOPs, workflows, onboarding guides, and documentation standards with version control.
- Maintain backend clinical systems: BambooHR, Notion, SimplePractice templates, forms, and documentation libraries.
- Prepare recurring compliance and analytics reports.
- Support audit preparation and risk management.

Requirements
- Experience in behavioral health, psychology, counseling, social work, or healthcare administration.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
- Experience with quality assurance, auditing, or documentation review.
- Experience with LMS platforms, Notion, BambooHR, SimplePractice, or similar systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and excellent written English.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, remote.
