POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are eager to learn about marketing strategies, campaign execution, content creation, and market research. The adecuado candidate is curious, proactive, and ready to contribute fresh ideas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Campaign Support

- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support the team in coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Content Creation

- Help create and edit content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.

Social Media Management

- Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements.

Event Coordination

- Support the organization of events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Assist with logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.





Administrative Support

- Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and project trackers.
- Organize files, reports, and presentations.

Learning & Development

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming activities.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team's goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

Education:

- Recent graduate in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

- No prior professional experience required — this is an entry-level internship designed for learning.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools or marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is desirable but not required.

Soft Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Languages:

- Fluent in (English / Spanish / both as required).
