Location: Av. Bolognesi 228, Miraflores, Lima 15074, Perú (100% Onsite)

Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping users solve technical challenges? We're looking for a Bilingual Desktop Support Specialist to join a dynamic IT Operations team and provide exceptional technical support to end users.

What You'll Do

- Provide technical support via phone, ticketing systems, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when needed
- Document incidents and solutions accurately within the ticketing system
- Support Microsoft and Linux environments
- Assist with Office 365 administration and user support




- Provide guidance and basic training to end users

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Networking fundamentals (Switches, Routers)
- Server administration and troubleshooting
- Hardware and software support

Work Schedule
