Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of crypto projects across various sectors.
- Produce comprehensive project reports and risk assessments that provide a holistic understanding of each project and its potential risks.
- Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize trends from multiple data sources, including internal data and public blockchain information.
- Support analysis of TradFi‑related product offerings and market structures, particularly where traditional financial products or real‑world assets intersect with crypto and tokenization.
- Engage with project teams and industry professionals to gather relevant insights.
- Maintain strong attention to detail when assessing market developments and projects.
- Proactively stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging projects, demonstrating a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
- Work in the Binance Research team, collaborating with analysts and other teams such as Data Analytics and Marketing. Depending on level of experience, may be responsible for a specific sector within the crypto industry.

Qualifications

- Experience in crypto/blockchain companies, venture capital research, or traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, capital markets, etc.).
- Familiarity with on‑chain data platforms and ability to interpret blockchain data.




- Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze emerging product structures that sit at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Self‑driven with a strong work ethic and high level of initiative.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related areas is a plus. CFA is a plus.
