Fleet Management Specialist – Surface
Your Mission
Maximize customer fleet performance and lifecycle value by leveraging data, service solutions, and digital tools to drive uptime, productivity, and sustainable growth in Parts & Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance, utilization, and uptime.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost of ownership and improve equipment reliability.
- Provide data‑driven insights and service recommendations to customers.
- Support growth in Parts & Services and digital solutions.
- Implement fleet management and monitoring tools.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and technical training.
- Ensure accurate service reporting, documentation, and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify upselling opportunities in parts and services.
- Collaborate with Sales, SCX, and Service teams to support service agreements.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field and 3–5 years of experience in field service or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Experience in mining, construction, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and use of diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mindset.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Willingness to travel and work on site.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Close collaboration with customers, service teams, and regional stakeholders is required, with frequent travel to customer sites.
