Job Overview

We are looking for a Cadet First Officer to join our A320 flight deck. This is a permanent contract with structured training, real responsibility and a path to a fully qualified First Officer position.

Responsibilities

- Execute flight management duties from preflight planning through post‑flight, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and safety procedures.
- Support the Captain and cross‑functional operational teams to maintain on‑time, efficient, and customer‑centric operations.
- Continuously monitor aircraft systems and flight progress, communicating clearly and proactively within the crew.
- Identify, report, and elevate any deviations from internal regulations and/or operational safety, issuing alerts as required.
- Champion a just culture by contributing to safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Total time: 200 hours minimum
- License: CPL with IR and ME
- Accepted Licenses: DGAC (Chile) or DGAC (Peru)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Minimum Level 4
- Languages:



English and Spanish (professional proficiency)
- Type Rating: Not required – training provided

Note: Knowledge of Spanish is required. Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must have the right to work as applicable.
