We are currently looking for Product Manager-Home Appliance

Position Summary

Lead the product strategy and execution to maximize commercial value and achieve sustainable growth. Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's strategy and market needs.

Responsible for the entire product value chain within the assigned product lines, including the strategy, planning, execution, and launch of Home Appliances products. Build a product portfolio aligned with the local market that maximizes profitability and market share while supporting the company's business objectives. This role requires close coordination with cross‑functional teams across different departments, taking ownership of all aspects related to the assigned product lines and continuously monitoring sales performance and profitability.

Position Objectives

Product Line Management

- Develop the optimal product mix.
- Define the commercial strategy for the assigned product lines.
- Manage New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Coordinate product development and certification processes.
- Evaluate product alternatives and business opportunities.
- Understand and meet consumer needs as well as local regulatory requirements.

Product Marketing Plan

- Define product marketing activities, including Pricing, Product, POS, and Promotions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to execute the defined marketing plan.
- Monitor and control the ROI of marketing initiatives.

P&L; Value Chain

- Manage the P&L; to ensure positive profitability.
- Conduct periodic internal analyses (profitability, sales performance, product failures, etc.) and market analyses (competition, pricing, etc.).




- Present findings and identify improvement opportunities in a timely manner.

Market Analysis

- Identify consumer needs and market trends to develop the commercial strategy.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and market dynamics.

Forecast & Inventory Control

- Develop demand forecasts to ensure optimal supply.
- Monitor and analyze Sell‑In and Sell‑Out forecasts in collaboration with the Supply team to ensure appropriate purchasing decisions.

Performance Management

- Manage and control inventory.
- Own the product line forecast and sales performance (Sell‑In and P&L;) to achieve the defined Profit and Business Plan (BP).
- Monitor and track Market Share based on Sell‑Out performance.

Factory Coordination

- Report commercial strategy and business results.
- Negotiate costs and factory support.
- Coordinate new product models, technical specifications, customized requirements, and purchasing activities.

Required Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Home Appliances industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of previous experience as a Product Manager in commercial environments, with responsibility for budgets and P&L; management.
- Intermediate to Advanced English (spoken and written) – Required.
