Procurement Assistant – Global Clinical Supplies Team

Responsibilities

- Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs)




- Monitor PO lifecycle and resolve discrepancies
- Perform receipt and validation of vendor invoices
- Support invoice reconciliation
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with procurement and financial procedures
- Support Vendor Management through accurate financial tracking and invoice issue reporting

Qualifications

- Advance English and good communication skills, both written and verbal
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical trials or supply chain, providing the knowledge and abilities to perform the job
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with moderate direct supervision
- Ability to utilize proper channels of communication to voice concerns and suggestions
- Adaptive to changes and able to handle high‑pressure situations
