Job Title: Female Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to support a health practice. This is a remote role focused on front-desk and patient coordination responsibilities. The idóneo candidate has prior hands-on experience in a medical setting, is HIPAA compliant, and is confident in handling patient interactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Work Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week
- Schedule: Morning hours
- Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Accurately register and update patient information in the system
- Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information as needed
- Ensure all patient data is handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations




- Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proven prior experience as a Medical Receptionist
- HIPAA certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience with:
- Call handling
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient registration and data accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive patient information
