Responsibilities

and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage, mentor, and support a small team of coordinators/associates to ensure flawless execution and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (creative, media, analytics, publicity) to align paid social with broader campaign strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations on targeting, creative formats, and platform innovations to maximize performance.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and deliver actionable insights, optimizations, and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of emerging paid social trends, platform updates, and best practices within the entertainment landscape.
