Shape the digital infrastructure for modern buildings with us

Do you want to go beyond classic IT and actively work at the intersection of digitalization and building technology? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for In our new IT Infrastructure & Automation Team, you’ll be responsible for the technical foundation of, for example, access control systems, building automation (Honeywell), E‑charging stations, and much more. You’ll ensure that these systems run reliably and that our colleagues in the Facility Services Team are optimally supported. Your workplace will be at our headquarters in St. Florian am Inn (near Schärding).

Primary Responsibilities
- Support and further development of the smart building infrastructure (access control, building and home automation, etc.)
- Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure and systems
- Supporting the operation and monitoring of the systems
- Acting as an interface between IT and facility services




- Collaborating on projects to introduce new technologies in the areas of smart buildings and smart infrastructure
- Coordinating with external service providers and manufacturers

Requirements
- Completed training in IT, IT system integration, system electronics, or equivalent further training/professional experience
- Reliable, structured, and service‑oriented approach to work
- Resilience, flexibility, and commitment
- High willingness to learn and work hard
- Discretion and problem‑solving skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market‑standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above‑collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 42.700 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more
