IT Project Manager - REMOTE - 1 year + Extension - Part Time - CET Hours - English Needed

The idóneo candidate will have strong project governance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A key aspect of the role will be supporting project approval processes, including the preparation of business cases, governance documentation, and executive-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the delivery of IT projects from initiation through to completion.
- Prepare and present project updates, business cases, and governance materials for senior leadership and decision-making forums.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, driving discussions, decisions, and actions.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and effectively manage challenging conversations where required.




- Ensure project governance standards and reporting requirements are consistently met.
- Drive alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Required Experience

- Proven experience delivering IT projects within a corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage difficult stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive audiences.
- Strong track record of leading and facilitating steering committee meetings.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working within structured project management and governance frameworks.
