Business Development Specialist/Sales Engineer - Electrical Market LV, MV.

Position: Business Development Specialist/ Sales Engineer

We are headhunters looking for talent in Peru for a leading integral company – “we help our customers solve their greatest power challenges". We have a Solutions business in Industry, Mining, Oil & Gas, and Utilities markets.

The ideal candidate must connect our products with the target market – for this, he/she must be able to :

- Establish relationships with End users, integrators, EPC companies, and distributors in Peru.
- Visit customers and open new Accounts and new markets
- Be in charge of P&L;, EBITDA, Asset management,
- Demonstrate advanced selling competence: products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
- Improve or start up operations in Peru
- Be business & results-oriented based on growth, profit, cost reduction, and ethics
- Follow global strategic plans and manage local action plans
- Innovative,



able to train our customers, specify products or projects, and also to work together with the Engineering Department (based in Colombia)
- Customer-oriented by creating value to the key business concerns. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Other requirements

- Strong negotiation
- Spanish and English speaker
- Strong leadership
- Available to travel
- Engineer with proven experience in Consultative Sales (at least 5 years). Desirable in Electrical or Electromechanical areas.

Compensation: 15,000- 18,000 Soles plus quarterly bonus and Fringe benefits such as car allowance, health insurance, and others

Sueldo: S/.13,997.75 - S/.18,469.72 al mes
