Client Relationship / Retention Manager (Spanish or Portuguese Speaking)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship / Retention Manager fluent in Spanish or Portuguese to join our international team in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.

You will work with existing clients, build long-term relationships, provide professional support, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Communicate with clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

- Fluent Spanish or Portuguese (C1–C2).




- Previous experience in Retention, Customer Success, Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems.

What We Offer

- Base salary: $900–$1,000 USD.
- Performance bonus:
- 9% – without target achievement
- 10% – target achieved
- 12% – 150% target achieved
- 13% – 200% target achieved
- Full-time employment.
- Working schedule: 07:00–16:00.
