About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the first voice prospects hear on behalf of our clients. Your role is to engage decision-makers, uncover business needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for client sales teams.

You'll support multiple outbound campaigns while working within structured processes, receiving regular coaching, and sharpening your prospecting skills every day.

What You'll Do

- Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
- Engage business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
- Identify business challenges and determine prospect fit.
- Handle objections professionally while keeping conversations productive.
- Schedule qualified meetings for client sales teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.




- Send follow-up emails or messages when appropriate to improve meeting attendance.
- Follow established outbound workflows and best practices.
- Collaborate with managers and teammates to improve campaign performance.
- Share insights that help strengthen messaging, scripts, and overall conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, outbound sales, SDR, BDR, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence navigating objections and leading conversations.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective customers.
- Experience achieving call, activity, or meeting-booking targets.
- Excellent time management and accountability while working remotely.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent CRM management.
- Experience using HubSpot, Nooks, Slack, Calendly, Coda, or similar sales tools is an advantage but not required.
