Job Summary

Finance Specialist to join our corporate finance team in Los Angeles, supporting a leading company in the Health & Beauty retail industry. This role plays a critical part in driving financial planning, optimizing capital structure, and supporting executive decision-making through in-depth analysis and reporting. A deep understanding of the retail sector especially in consumer-driven categories like skincare, cosmetics, and wellness is essential to succeed in this role.

What You'll Do
- Execute all cash management activities, including the effective utilization of cash resources through the control of working capital, investment of surplus cash, and the efficient use of banking facilities
- Review treasury operations daily to ensure that corporate funds are flowing in a manner consistent with maximizing corporate value and minimizing costs
- Develop and drive tools and analysis to forecast the company/'s cash flows
