Responsibilities
- Settlement Leadership:
Oversee daily clearing and settlement for spot and derivative products (Futures, Options, Perpetual Swaps) across 700+ tokens.
- System Architecture: Design and optimize multi-currency automated reconciliation workflows to handle high-frequency transaction data.
- Digital Asset Accounting: Manage complex on-chain and off-chain asset reconciliation, ensuring sub-ledger consistency with hot/cold wallet balances.
- AI Implementation: Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions to eliminate manual errors and boost operational precision.
- Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate settlement risks, including counterparty risk and liquidity constraints during high-volatility market events.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with integral audit firms, regulators, and internal engineering teams in a bilingual environment.
