Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across our global offices, including Trading Desks, Finance Specialists and external stakeholders around the world
- Negotiate and execute comprehensive international trade agreements
- Manage financial operations including payment processing and exposure monitoring
- Coordinate general logistics across maritime, rail and road transport networks




- Execute strategic hedging operations and pricing mechanisms in volatile market environments
- Maintain accurate systems while identifying process optimisation opportunities

Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Professional fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin, with additional fluency in French and/or Spanish
- Sharp attention to detail with strategic decision‑making capabilities
- Strong organisational and solution‑oriented abilities
- Composure in high‑pressure environments with a results‑oriented approach
- Recent degree or equivalent academic qualification in any discipline (up to four year wok experience)
- Globally mobile with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the fast‑paced world of commodity trading
