Role Overview

Join Kyndryl as a Software Engineering – Development Manager and lead teams in designing, developing, and supporting software products and services. You will drive innovation, prioritize quality, and partner with agile teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead high‑performing engineering teams using hybrid methodologies.
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Scrum Master to prioritize backlog, create user stories, and deliver on time.
- Champion SRE practices – automated testing, QA, code scans.
- Mentor, select, train, and retain team members to build inclusive, high‑performing squads.
- Ensure projects are delivered punctually and meet quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience managing high‑performing teams using hybrid methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, programming languages, frameworks, and tools.




- Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams toward business goals.
- Proficient in project management, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Business acumen to understand customer needs and align solutions with objectives.
- Excellent communication skills when liaising with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Experience with hyperscalers and cloud‑native solutions.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
