Value Evidence and HEOR for Peru and Chile Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead the conduct of health economic modelling (cost-effectiveness, budget impact analysis) to demonstrate the value of R&I; products to payers, healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and enhance the product value proposition by integrating evidence gaps, HEOR analysis, and HTA trends to support access and reimbursement in accordance with the market access strategy.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to provide scientific evidence, economic models, and published data aligned with payer requirements.
- Design and implement access strategies with Access teams, including managed entry agreements and innovative payer contracts.
- Provide training to cross‑functional teams on the use of scientific evidence to enhance stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure the scientific quality of final deliverables aligns with the market access strategy.
- Support collaboration on HTA and access strategies with industry associations to promote value‑based health care across the health care system.




- Develop evidence‑based policy documents to support cross‑functional teams and enhance engagement with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in HEOR, HTA or Access positions in Peru or Chile.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desirable).
- More than one year of past experience in the public sector to reduce conflicts of interest.
- College degree in Health Science, Economics, Health Economics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written, speaking, and reading).
