Responsibilities

- Providing overall leadership including strategic planning, sales, budget, cost control, production, quality control, HR, and warehouse management.
- Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high‑quality management team.
- Monitor business plans and budgets; effectively manage resources, including utilization and allocation.
- Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement.
- Build a high‑performance culture with a competent, versátil and committed workforce.
- Integrate various functions within manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Oversee all production issues within the factory.
- Station in overseas locations (such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Mexico, etc.).





Qualifications

- Degree holder in related management disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in manufacturing operations of a factory with at least 5 years at managerial level in offshore countries.
- Knowledge in printing is preferred.
- Self‑motivated, mature, ethical, and responsible.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken Cantonese/Mandarin and English.
