About the Role
The BC&I; Coordinator supports the execution of innovation, brand change, liquid and packaging projects in the local market. Acting as a key coordinator between Integral BC&I;, Marketing, Supply Chain, Governance and local teams, the role ensures project activities, timelines, documentation and commercialization requirements are completed accurately and on time. The position provides visibility of the innovation pipeline, supports project governance and helps identify risks or gaps early,
enabling successful project execution in line with global standards and local market requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project status updates, identify risks or delays, recommend follow‑up actions and advance issues to the BC&I; Lead/Head.
- Review project breakthroughs and highlight commercialization readiness gaps.
- Ensure required project documentation is complete, aligned with process requirements, and advance missing approvals or compliance concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting and coordination processes, and recommend improvements for implementation.
- Support the management and tracking of the local innovation and brand change pipeline, coordinating timelines, breakthroughs and stakeholder alignment across functions.
- Maintain project data, dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility of pipeline progress.
