This role will lead frontend engineering efforts across customer-facing digital platforms, ensuring exceptional user experiences aligned with business and brand goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver modern, accessible, and responsive applications using the React ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of frontend solutions using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components and frameworks
- Partner with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and concepts into polished, interactive experiences
- Establish and enforce best practices for frontend architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsiveness
