The Work (What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Build, maintain, and scale reusable UI components that support a large-scale digital platform used by millions of users worldwide.
- Partner closely with engineers, designers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate Figma designs into production‑ready components and patterns.
- Help evolve and expand an enterprise design system, improving consistency, accessibility, scalability, and developer experience across multiple products and teams.
- Contribute to shared frontend infrastructure by building component libraries and UI foundations that accelerate product development.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions while maintaining a high bar for engineering quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams in a fast‑moving environment while contributing to shared engineering goals and priorities.

Needed Expertise (What you need to succeed in the role)




- 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with React.
- Strong experience building, maintaining, or contributing to design systems, component libraries, or shared UI platforms.
- Experience translating Figma designs into scalable, production‑ready React components.
- Deep understanding of component‑driven architecture, frontend scalability, and reusable UI patterns.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver at a fast pace.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with engineers, designers, and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience participating in code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards.
