Main Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor initiatives from Maersk's Operational Excellence Model, ensuring proper implementation of standards, Lean methodologies, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with operational leaders and key areas to align continuous improvement objectives, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze, identify, and audit performance indicators (KPIs) to detect improvement opportunities, propose corrective/preventive actions, and measure the impact of OPEX initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate training programs on Lean methodologies, continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, RCA, 5Whys, SMED, VSM, Mapping), and Six Sigma to develop capabilities across operational and administrative levels.
