Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms as needed.
- Implement full‑funnel advertising strategies, including awareness, consideration, retargeting, and conversion‑focused campaigns.
- Configure and maintain conversion tracking, event setup, and analytics dashboards using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and continuous performance improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align paid media initiatives with business goals, content strategies, and landing page improvements.




- Use automation strategies and AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support e‑commerce advertising and lead generation efforts across digital channels.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in Paid Media, Digital Advertising, or Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including certifications (Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with conversion tracking, event configuration, and data validation.
- Proficiency in retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel‑based campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization tools and strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, automation tools, and AI‑enhanced workflows.
- Experience with e‑commerce advertising and lead‑generation strategies.
