You will be part of the Developer Velocity Squad within the Levi’s Shared Platform & Services Technology Organization—a team dedicated to accelerating software development speed and quality byeliminatingbottlenecks,optimizingdevelopment tools and processes, and enhancing overall developer effectiveness and experience.

This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about improving Developer Velocity,leveragingAIcapabilitiesand advancing Dev Ops practices to address business challenges in innovative ways. You will play a key role in driving AI adoption across the software development lifecycleusingintelligent developer platforms The role will also focus on integrating Generative AI and AIOps capabilities into developer workflows to improve engineering productivity, deployment reliability, operational efficiency, and faster time-to-market.

As a member of the Developer Velocity Squad, you will join a growing team focused on enhancingdevelopmentexperience across the organization while enabling scalable, secure, and AI-enabled Dev Ops practices that support Levi’s digital transformation journey.

About the Job

- Responsible for standardizing, implementing &maintainingthe; Enterprise Dev Ops Toolchain.
- Design and implement scalable service catalogs, Dev Ops automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines & workflows with advanced deployment strategies like blue-green and canary releases.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled Dev Ops and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery cycles,



reduce operational overhead, and enable intelligent decision-making across the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure the deployment framework is seamlessly integrated across all workstreams, adhering to standardized processes and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support for production and development environments within a dynamic ecosystem of integrated systems. Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training on Dev Ops tools and practices.
- Develop andmaintaincomprehensive technical documentation and requirements related to Dev Ops technologies, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- Drive continuous measurement and improvement of developer productivity andexperience through data-driven insights, tooling enhancements, and streamlined engineering workflows.

About You

- Candidate shouldpossess7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, andmaintainingCI/CD infrastructure and pipelines using tools such as,,, and.
- 5+years of experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools to proactivelyidentifybugs, vulnerabilities, and code quality issues.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in administering and managing Artifactory for artifact repository management, package lifecycle governance, dependency management, and CI/CD integrations.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in leveraging AI-powered developer productivity tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI solutions to accelerate software development, code generation, troubleshooting, automation, and engineering efficiency.
- Strong troubleshooting,analytical,and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication,collaboration,& leadership skills.
- UnderstandingSDLC, Agile Practices,& ITIL Frameworks.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;master’sdegree preferred.
