Senior Product Manager – LATAM

This role focuses on delivering innovative, secure, and scalable Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) and localized payment experiences for merchants across LATAM markets. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to define product requirements, manage integrations,



and ensure compliance with regional regulations. The position requires strong expertise in LATAM payment ecosystems, technical product management, and data‑driven decision‑making. You will leverage insights to improve transaction success rates, enhance merchant experience, and support revenue growth.

Role Remit
- Define and manage the LATAM payment solutions roadmap, ensuring alignment with Paysafe’s strategic objectives.
- Gather and analyze merchant requirements to design features that optimize payment flows and transaction performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver secure and scalable payment solutions.
- Manage integrations with local payment providers, wallets, and bank transfer systems, ensuring timely delivery.
