Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Project management for the design, fabrication, and installation of automated machinery and processes.
- Establish, implement, and maintain a quality process program throughout the plant in accordance with quality standards advocated by the company (including:



all applicable ISO 9000 processes and procedures, etc.)
- Provide technical support for production area staff. Improve production through the implementation of new processes and equipment.
- Create assembly drawings of equipment, fixtures & electrical diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Create & update OMS documents as used in the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot highly automated equipment or machines that are used on the floor for production. Identify root causes and implement action plans in collaboration with machine technicians.
- Provide training and guidance regarding equipment issues to operators and machine techs.
- Overlook TPM measures and structure. Create and oversee maintenance tasks.
- Respond to feedback and improvement suggestions from operators about safety, processes, machines, fixtures, and other equipment.
- Utilize LabView, OEE Reader, e-VSM, etc. as tools with data acquisition and analysis.
