As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in building the talent pipelines that power our operations and support our continued growth across the Americas. Your market insights, research capabilities,



and ability to engage exceptional talent will help connect people with opportunities across diverse business functions, critical skill areas, and leadership levels.
You’ll work in close partnership with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business leaders, using talent intelligence and innovative sourcing strategies to solve complex hiring challenges and connect great people with meaningful careers at Weir.

What you’ll do
⦿ Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs, with a focus on business-critical and hard-to-fill roles.
⦿ Source and Engage Talent: Identify, attract, and engage qualified and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, social media, referrals, professional networks, market mapping, and other sourcing channels.
⦿ Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence: Conduct talent research and market analysis to identify talent pools, hiring trends, and sourcing opportunities that support
