**Job Summary**

We're currently on the lookout for **our next IT Recruiter (18270)** for our **Peru Headquarter**and we're looking for people with a decent conversational level of English who have experience hunting in the IT market as well as that passion that distinguishes the simple recruiters from the **Hunters.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Recruitment and selection of IT Software profiles for US clients.
- End-to-end process with local accounts/clients (from information gathering, offer and hiring).
- Management and negotiation with medium and high IT profiles (specialist).
- Personal and Employer Branding.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Extensive Experience in **End-to-End Recruiting**.
- 2+ years of total experience in recruiting **IT Software profiles** (developers, QA, Datas, BI, BA, UI/UX and DevOps in Latam).
- Have at least a **B2 level of English**, as we deal with international client
- Experience in Boolean searches in social networks.




- Experience as Headhunters for medium and high profiles.
- Proactivity, organization, criteria for working alone and in teams.
