1. Main job responsibilities:
1.1 Market information collection and planning
Collect market information and conduct market planning based on market segmentation.
Try to establish contact with local relevant industry associations and related authorities.

1.2 New business development
Expanding the sales leads and business opportunities pool based on market segmentation strategies continuously.
Follow up the sales leads and business opportunities process and control the key business opportunities identified to promote and achieve transactions
Participate in professional exhibitions
Visit construction projects, accumulate customer resources, and maintain customer relationships
Carry out the approval of project owners and consultant.

2. Job requirements:
2.1 Basic requirements:
Well conducted
Bachelor degree or above
Possess oral and written English communication skill
Work experience in overseas representative offices or branches of Chinese companies is preferred




Background in mechanical engineering is preferred

2.2 Professional skills requirements:
Understand the company's common methodologies, including goal management, market management, project management, process management, etc.
Be proficient in common office software, network software and AI tools
Have sales awareness and theoretical foundation related to marketing
For the above professional fields, those with government relations and user resources are preferred

3. Comprehensive professional quality requirements:
Good at communication and collaboration, with a strong sense of responsibility, and can respond quickly and handle business in a closed loop.
