Position: English Teacher & Academic Assistant for Primary and Secondary School

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic English Teacher & Academic Assistant to join our

class at the secondary level and spend the remainder of their time assisting with academic

support across both primary and secondary grades. The teacher will report directly to the

English Headmistress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach one English class for secondary students, delivering engaging and effective

lessons.
- Assist in academic planning and support for both primary and secondary education,

addressing curricular needs within the context of English immersion.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits, fostering a

positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the English Headmistress and other staff to enhance educational

strategies and address student needs.




- Maintain clear communication with the Headmistress regarding student progress and

curricular developments.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- C1 level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as a teacher in primary and/or secondary education, preferably in a

school setting.
- Strong knowledge of curricular and academic issues relevant to both primary and

secondary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative and adaptable teaching methods for diverse learning styles.

Additional Requisites:

- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and resources.
- Experience with classroom management and student assessment techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to engage with a multicultural classroom setting.
- Enthusiasm for professional development and staying updated with educational trends.
