About us:
Baltimore’s go-to for real estate investment and property management with 10+ years of insight, delivering turnkey solutions from renovations to full-service management. We’re hiring a Weekends Maintenance Coordinator to manage utility setups/disconnections, billing, and owner communications for our growing portfolio.

Salary: $1,100 - $1,200 USD (monthly)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams. Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.
- Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.
- Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.
- Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness.

- Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail/accuracy.
- Highly organized self-starter; able to prioritize, multitask,



and manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including a confident, professional phone presence.
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personalities and situations.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with Buildium, LeadSimple, Propertymeld, Google Drive, and Microsoft Access.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related role
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

Setting:Remote

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).

Pay: S/.3,735.00 - S/.4,075.00 per month

Experience:
