Position Overview

The company is seeking a Project Construction Lead to manage the full lifecycle of a critical infrastructure project's. This role involves comprehensive oversight of land acquisition, permitting, contracting, and construction execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in the field and the ability to deliver high-impact infrastructure on time and within budget.

This position is highly hands-on and field-oriented, responsible for directing on-site activity and coordinating with internal teams and external contractors. The Project Construction Lead will play a vital role in scaling the company’s physical deployment capabilities to align with their strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all aspects of site development, including land procurement, permitting, scheduling,



and contractor coordination.
- Manage daily construction operations and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Exercise autonomous decision-making to resolve logistical or regulatory challenges.
- Maintain an active presence on project sites, providing both oversight and, when necessary, direct involvement in operations.
- Scale project delivery processes to support increasing deployment complexity and volume.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to align site development with technical requirements and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated success in managing complex construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of permitting, zoning, and subcontractor engagement in California.
- High level of independence, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable operating in field environments, with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and execution skills.
- Familiarity with energy, natural gas, or chemical industry infrastructure.
- Prior experience in developing industrial facilities or energy projects at scale.
