**Key Responsibilities**:

- **. Operational Management & Regional Supervision**
- Oversees daily F&B; operations on Aqua Nera, Aria Amazon, and Aqua Mare.
- Ensures safe and healthy kitchen practices through manuals and crew training.
**. Corporate Systems Implementation**
- Leads implementation and optimization of the PMS system in Peru and Ecuador.
- Acts as key user post-implementation to support crew adoption.

**. Financial & Budget Management**
- Manages operational budgets with a focus on resource efficiency.
- Participates in vessel requisition approvals, validating quantities and products.

**. Team Development & Crew Planning**
- Leads, motivates, and trains technical and operational teams.
- Ensures efficient crew scheduling, including rest periods and legal compliance.
**. Menu & Service Quality Management**
- Updates online menus and Master Books for Peru and Ecuador.




- Monitors menu consistency, food production, and waste control.
- Reviews guest feedback to enhance service quality.
**. Social & Environmental Initiatives**
- Leads sustainability projects and builds relationships with local suppliers.
**. Regulatory Compliance (ISM)**
- Ensures full compliance with onshore and onboard procedures to prevent incidents

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- **Experience**: 10+ years as Head Chef, F&B; Manager, or Hotel/Restaurant Manager.
- **Language**: Advanced English proficiency.
