**What You Will Do**:

- Resolve issues efficiently while providing accurate and detailed responses
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent support experience
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- **Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)**:

- Experience in customer support for at least 1 year
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude




- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

**Will be a great plus**:

- Technical support experience
