What Youll Do
Document patient consultations and procedures live during appointments
Prepare and review medical charts before and after visits
Capture accurate patient histories, exam findings, and treatment plans
Format documentation using SOAP notes and providerspecific templates
Support followups, orders, and providerpatient communications
Verify prescriptions and initiate prior authorizations
Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality

What Were Looking For
At least 6 months of experience as a medical or dental scribe for a USbased provider
Graduate of a 4year allied medical course RN preferred
Typing speed of 60 WPM
Strong grasp of medical terminology and documentation standards
Proficiency with EMR EHR systems and medical software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced clinical environment
