Bilingual Dental Receptionist
Were seeking a reliable and patientfocused Bilingual Dental Receptionist to support our dental practice remotely. This role is perfect for someone with US dental frontdesk experience who can confidently communicate with patients in English and Spanish while keeping schedules, calls, and records organizedall from home.
What You Will Do
Answer inbound patient calls and messages in English and Spanish
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule dental appointments
Verify patient demographics and insurance information
Assist with patient checkins checkouts virtually
Collect payments and explain basic billing questions
Update and maintain accurate records in the dental PMS
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We Are Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish clear, neutral accent preferred
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a US Healthcare account
Familiarity with US dental workflows, terminology, and insurance basics
Experience using dental software Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar
Strong phone presence, professionalism, and customer service skills
Highly organized, dependable, and detailoriented
