Talent Acquisition Associate

In the role of Talent Acquisition Associate (TAA), you will manage comprehensive recruitment processes from beginning to end. You will conduct thorough candidate interviews, gain a deep understanding of candidate profiles, and engage potential hires throughout the selection process. The successful candidate will use exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with candidates, express genuine interest in conversations, and maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all recruitment activities.

What You Will Do:

- Evaluate candidates' online profiles and information to determine overall suitability.
- Manage outreach to potential candidates through phone calls, Zoom, Linked In, and email.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning abilities.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring accurate and timely system documentation.
- Build relationships with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process.





What we are looking for:

- At least 4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Proven ability to establish rapport with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be based in India.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
