Job Overview We’re looking for a passionate, driven Affiliate Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of influencer culture, affiliate strategy, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities - Execute large-scale influencer outreach campaigns, securing impactful collaborations that drive brand awareness and conversions.

- Manage and expand affiliate and influencer partnerships using platforms such as Grin, Upfluence, Shop

My, and internal CRM tools.
- Identify and recruit high-potential creators aligned with our aesthetic, values, and target audience.
- Build and nurture lasting influencer relationships through clear communication, brand alignment, and campaign support.
- Develop compelling content briefs, gather creator preferences (sizes, styles, timelines), and ensure all deliverables match campaign goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and social media teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Monitor affiliate performance, track analytics, and pull actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Produce regular reports on key metrics, influencer impact, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation, contracts, and content libraries.

Qualifications - 3+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing or digital brand partnerships (fashion eCommerce preferred).

- Proficient with Grin, Upfluence, Shop
