Tech & B2B Solutions We are looking for a Technical Development Coordinator (Engineering Lead) to join a integral Fintech innovator currently scaling its operations through strategic growth and acquisition.
In this role, you won't just manage a team; you will be the technical compass.
You will bridge the gap between business strategy and high-quality engineering, ensuring that our scalable, microservices-based architecture continues to evolve and thrive.

What you will do
n
- Lead and mentor a high-performing dev team, driving decisions on architecture, design, and code standards.
- Define and maintain microservices and Hexagonal Architecture, ensuring SOLID, DDD, and Clean Code principles are at the core of everything we build.
- Participate in development for critical components and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure excellence.
- Collaborate with PMs, POs,
and Stakeholders to translate complex business needs into sustainable technical roadmaps.
- Champion CI/CD, observability, and cloud best practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.

Required Qualifications - Experience: 7+ years in Software Development with at least 2 years in a formal technical leadership role.

- Tech Stack: Mastery of Node.js, Type
Script, and Express.js.
Strong experience with Next.js/React.
- Deep understanding of Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture, and Event-Driven systems (Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
- Data: Proficiency with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
- A proactive leader.
- Language: Professional proficiency in Spanish (due to the current team/client context) and at least B1 English.

Tech or B2B sectors.

- Cloud expertise (GCP preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Serverless and Observability (Tracing, Metrics, Logs).
