Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft-based environments for multiple MSP clients
- Handle escalated tickets from help desk support
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): Identity and access management
- Administer Microsoft Intune: Device enrollment and management
- Policy configuration and enforcement

- Configure and manage Microsoft security tools
- Troubleshoot backend, infrastructure, and security-related issues
- Support and maintain MSP backend tools (training provided if needed)

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 or 7 + years of exp
- Strong experience in Microsoft ecosystem administration
- Windows Server and Windows client environments
- Experience with Microsoft Defender security stack
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Language

Advanced English level (If you do not have an advanced level of English, please do not apply; this position involves working with U.S. clients.)
