IT Agile Solutions Implementation and Delivery Engineer

We are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of: IT Agile Solutions Implementation and Delivery Engineer . This is your opportunity to grow with us.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software or related fields.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Azure DevOps or equivalent tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello) for project control and management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- General knowledge of software architecture, APIs, integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with version control (Git).
- Basic knowledge of Python or C# for code reading and technical validation (desirable).
- Experience in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP) (desirable).
- Intermediate level of English (desirable)

track, and report on the progress of projects in Azure DevOps.
- Monitor tasks, milestones, and deliverables according to the project lifecycle phases.
- Manage risks, incidents, and backlog prioritization.

- Implementation and continuous improvement

- Ensure a smooth transition from development to implementation and operation.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, or the use of new tools.
- Promote continuous improvement and standardization of good practices within the team.

- Agile methodologies and collaborative work

- Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, dailies and retrospectives.
- Promote communication between developers, analysts, designers, and project leaders.
- Align technical deliverables with business objectives and customer requirements.

- Technical-operational management

- Manage dashboards, pipelines, and reports in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Understand and validate technical requirements without programming.
- Coordinate integrations with other platforms (APIs, cloud, BI, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned by your team.
